Can we use the latest arduino boards for the construction of hexacpoters. Please help me with this topic..

Arducopter will later support hexa and octo, till now the code only works for quadro...

In principle yes. Which Arduino boards are you thinking of? Hexa and Okto's are alreday flying using the ArduMega and Olipan sensor board.
