Can I use different brands of ESC's in my quad?
I Lost two ESC's 20A-3D Robotics due to a polarity reversal during calibration.Here near my house, Curtiba - Brazil, has a store that sells 20A ESC's but another brand but with the same specs and weight.Could use them in conjunction with the 3D Robotic ESC's ?

If you are desperate to fly, then by all means, you can mix any combination of ESCs and props that have somewhat similar characteristics. Just don't work too hard at fine-tuning the PIDs until you have the system back as it should.
Just pair them front and back and the APM will treat the machine as an unbalanced one, front-heavy or tail-heavy, depending on the difference in ESC response curve. You've probably seen Marco's stunt with the water bottles :)
