Can someone please point me in the right direction on where to learn about wifi communication with pixhawk

I'd like to start learning about the Linux autopilots and wot-not, and feel that the communication is probably a good place to start.Eventually I'd like to modify my ground station to be all wifi coms for RC, telemetry, and video. I just need to know how.Thanks Nick.

I'd go to the 3dr pixhawk site and learn the hardware. All comma to pixhawk are through its interface ports. No WiFi, radio nor BT is on the board.

  I know the pixhawk well enough, I have3 of them. I just wanna learn more about the next phase of autopilots, and how to communicate with them.
