MAX_ALTITUDE will come in handy. it would protect you from pilot error or if there is a communication glitch.

A Max_Alt parameter would be great to include while setting up the GeoFencing feature...
Would you do an RTL? How else would you like to handle the condition? Also would this work without GPS?
