When uploading the firmware via APM mission planner, how do I change the telemetry from USB to PORT3 (xbee?)

I can't seem to do it via CLI and nothing is changed...

So are you saying that you are able to use CLI via the xbee link? My com port for the xbee is 11 however even when I set the APM to CLI mode, APM Planner just sits there when I click on the terminal tab. I seem to get 2 way via xbee when the APM is in flight mode (send actions to the APM via the Actions tab below the video feed).

Found out it defaults to Port 3 @ 57200 baud
