I've been running Arducopter 2.7.1 on my apm 1.4, and been able to fly my quadcopter (getting better at take off and landing and so on, with only a relatively small amount of crashes).

Yesterday I opened Mission Planner, it upgraded to 1.2.13 and now the flight data tab just shows a gray field. So I am wondering if I need to upgrade to arducopter 2.7.3 or whether there is something
 else I can do.

Also, if I upgrade to 2.7.3 - do I have to recalibrate the ESCs again?
