Hello, i'm trying to setup my quad ( GAUI 500X ) and found a way to easily test PIDs "live".
I will try to use the Channel 6 to try "inflight" values of Rates or P with an "adjuster" on my transmitter.
Don't know if anyone has already use this to setup fastly P parameters "inflight" ...
My quad have a little wobble on Stabilize. Looks like a Stabilize P too high in Roll/Pitch.
I will certainly try to "tune" P with the the Channel 6 option to see if it's not a low Rate problem instead.
But i have a problem/question. P values for Roll/Pitch stabilization are "linked" in APM planner.
Is it also "active" in flight ? If i change Roll P with Channel 6, will it affect the Pitch too ?
If i modify only the Roll, i'm not sure i will see any difference if the Pitch is not set too.
My Quad is on a X configuration and the wobble is quite small ...
If not linked inflight, it's not that much a problem but it would be great to also have this link
or have a Channel 6 option for "linked" parameters ...

Hello i respond to myself.
As the parameters can be "refreshed" in APM planner, i will try and see if the two parameters P for Roll/PItch change or only one.
Simple ... and i will be fixed on the behaviour of the linked paremeters.
If not linked, it should be easy to link parameters with a code update ...
