I am new to DIY Drones, and somewhat new to the RC hobby. I have been toying with r/c for a few years, but have recently become more involved. Now, in addition to rc planes, I am becoming more and more interested in multirotors and uav's. I just finished building my first multirotor. (dji f450)
I am looking to build a portable charging station...(maybe out of a pelican case? or other ideas?)
Does anyone have ideas on what to build this out of and some plans or layouts? Should I use a something similar to a pelican case or a totally different enclosure? Any advice or ideas are appreciated. Thanks

Well for field charging I just use my car battery I made a set of longer leads for the 12v input so that I can put the charger on the ground in front of my car instead of setting a potential incendiary device in the engine compartment. I do have 2 deep cycle industrial UPS packs that I can run in series or parallel but they are too heavy to drag around.
