So I bit the bullet and bought a Chinese USB / manual controller for my new 4 axis CNC foam cutter to save time. It's a TC5540H, like this:
Trouble is I can't make it actually do anything. It powers up and configures OK but doesn't make any stepper motors turn or accept any inputs from limit switches. I'm hoping someone else has one and can say something like "hey idiot, did you..." and make me feel like an idiot but have my new robot working.
Anyone?
