Someone please explain to me what I'm missing here. As I understand it when you have "over terrain" checked, the altitude you enter in "Alt(to hold)" is added to the ASL altitude of each way-point. So that would mean that the altitude for each of my way-points in the above example should be1164,1251,1188,and 1183 respectively. So what is the "Altitude(Home)" column?

    OK I figured it out!
    [Altitude(sea level) + Altitude offset]-sea level altitude@home position=relative altitude above way-point "Altitude(Home)"

    Example for WP1 : altitude at ground level at WP1 is 964.15' ASL, and ground level at the "Home position" is 960.16' ASL and the offset is 200' above the WP

    [964.15'+200']-960.16'=203.99'(this is the relative AGL relative to the "Home" position!

    That's not quite right. Altitude over terrain uses the ground level data in Google Maps to adjust the ASL altitude of each waypoint so the plane is always at constant altitude over the terrain.
