I only have the APM and the IMU shield, but I was wanting to test it out using the configurator. I keep having a problem with the configurator not wanting to connect to the board. I do have it in debug mode for the gyro. Does that keep it from connecting to the configurator? I did manage to get raw data out of it watching the serial monitor fromArduino. Please let me know if you need any other information.

You know what i just happend to think i havent tried seeing if i have it upside down. I my be upside down... that would be another idiot move on my part. I will post if it is.
just an update looks like everything is connected perfectly now. Thanks for the help. The only problem I am having now is that when i look at the artificial horizon it keeps wanting to role one way or another depending on which computer it is plugged into. The accelerometers seem to respond correctly, but the horizon is off. I am going to start a new thread for it, but if you have any thoughts please feel free to write back here too. I wonder if i need something added on to the IMU that I dont have right now.
