You need a system, not just a transmitter. You need the transmitter, receiver and all its power and connection cables. Once you have all this you can then try to find a way of converting the signal to plug in to your GCS computer and see it on that but you might as well just use a screen to save money, difficulty and monitor space. Video replaces map information in the HKGCS and quite frankly you don't need it so having it go to a separate monitor means you keep all the relevant information with quick glance and you video feed without compromise.
Drone cell would required some sort of compression to the video signal to send it as again bandwidth is an issue.
Phone drone board is basically APM but built with an android interface so you can use an android phone as a GCS so would be less than useful.
I dont see any practicality in using a drone cell or a phone drone for transmitting pictures . why don't u just us a video txrx as the one u showed above?:)
How do i connect it to the APM board and beam back pictures?
You don't. Its an FPV camera and so needs no intergration into the APM. Can i use the Xbee data link to beam back pictures?
No the data transmission for pictures would to too large for the bandwidth as well as the telemetry data let alone maintaining flight. APM is one processor sending small chunks its not a global hawk. If you want to do something like that I'd suggest design a complimentary board to work with a camera (serial would be easiest but resolution would be low) and then use another xbee (different frequency) to transmit. Can the datalink also support video?
Not a chance.
To get pictures from the camera you have purchased (FPV) you need a proper transmission system. Such as the ones sold by Rangevideo and others that are legal within your country.

Why not use a 3G phone?
