I have been to github to get software for the RFD 900+ but there so much software, I don't know what Firmware I need two get my Two RFD900+ to work together, One on my Hexicopter and one as Base Station.

The firmware already loaded on your RFD900+ should be fine. Just follow the instructions on the wiki and you'll be fine. You can use Mission Planner to modify the parameters if you really need to (like transmit power, frequency range, etc) or you can use the RFD config tool.

RFD config tool is available on their website as well as the manual which explains the pins and you just match them up to the serial interface.
On your PC you have an FTDI cable or board to connect it to?
