could someone please tell me if this will fly?

im basically building the vehicle in my profile pic and i need to know if it will lift or better yet, aerobatic (in a sense)i got the motor with the closest specs the props required.props: 10x4.5motor:outrunnerC3542 KV1000 (on ebay, its £10, p+p=£10 with esc inc. is it too good to be true?)Rotational Speed :1000 (kv) RPM/VContinuous Current :45AMax.   • Agreed with the v tail. Because the motors tilt forward instead of lean forward like your typical drone should i make the battery shift its COG?
  • So generally yes, this form factor can fly. The tail feathers are critical to stabilizing flight and might should be bigger from the flying models I've seen (pictured). IMO
