I have problem getting the APM1 to work arfter uploading the firmware through ardino sotfware. 

I download the Arducopter2.7.3 and follow the right steps in arduino software, the code is compiled and uploaded without any problem. But the APM does not do anything afterwards! I cannot connect it to MP and I don't get the green LED blinking.

I tried older versions of firmware but still the same...

any ideas??
