Hi all, just turned from kk2 to Ardu and pretty happy with what Ive seen so far. I am though not finding any detailed instructions in regards to the mission planner software. For example what does "simple" mean in the Flight modes?

For a newbie with Ardu and this software, this is a jungle so if you guys know of some instructions, graphical even better, I would be one happy puppy :)

Best from Iceland.

Gústaf.

It can be hard to find information. The wiki does a pretty good job and its getting better all the time.

I use simple mode with all my flight modes. This way I don't have to be concerned by which direction my copter is flying. Pitch forward it goes forward, spin the yaw 90 degrees and then pitch forward still moves it away from me. The only thing you have to be careful about is flying overhead and behind yourself. Then all the controls are reversed. The copter uses your home position to set a point of reference to fly from.

Anyway here is the link to the wiki.

    Good luck and fly safe.
