Do and Don't

I'm rookie in UAV. Where can I read Do and Don't rule for fly UAV,

Does the pilot need to be license to fly. Are law enforcement goring to arrest you if you fly without license.

What is the rule and regulation and where can I read it.

    Eddie,

    Is this more in line with what you are looking for? FAA Interpretation of the Special rule for Model Aircraft.

    Nothing is in stone just yet, however it's looking pretty dim if you want to do anything commercial with your "drone". If what you want is to fly for your own personal enjoyment, then following the basic rules in the "Know Before you Fly" video should keep you free from being hassled by the long arm of the law.

    If you want to do anything commercial, be prepared to jump through some major hoops!
