Does someone here makes (or can point someone who can) custom Composite Airframes? Carbon fiber etc?

Hi,

I'm looking for someone that can make a nice composite airframe, like the penguin-B but not so complex of course. I made a 3D rendering of the Mugin and a nice composite version of this airframe would be enough for me. Its for an UAV in my country, its an enviromental UAV in Amazon rain forest.

So please, post here if you qualify or if you know who does...

    I may be able to help you out. I've made composite bicycle parts and I am a R/C plane enthusiast. I'm currently working on a composite project for my day job. I can send you pictures of my previous work privately.

    Let me know what you think and we can discuss what you're looking for. There are several ways we can build your UAV with various costs.

    I have acesss to a laser cutter, if you give me the material and a rouph sketch of the design , i can cut out an airframe for £10 per 2 sheets.

    The cutter size is 45cm by 82cm

    Forgot to say, its a 2.5 to 3 meters wingspan
