Is there other way to save Home and Waypoint position on eeprom without through the Mission planner?

For some research reasons, I installed the modified Autopilot 2.6 on my Autopilot Mega board.

I've tried to same the Home through Ardupilot Config Tool, but it looks that doesn't work with  AT1280.

APM Mission planner as well.

Is there any method to set Home and Waypoint on eeprom without those program?
