I am wondering if anyone can point me to the connector I will need to use between the EM406 gps module and the extension cable found here - http://www.sparkfun.com/commerce/product_info.php?products_id=9123I would like to make it neat without having to splice wires:)

You probably solved it by now, but if for nothing more than my own future reference:
They look like JST SR connectors, http://www.jst-mfg.com/product/pdf/eng/eSR.pdf
The connector on the ArduPilot board and the GPS module are 6 pins.
