Erratic motor behavior

Watch the rear right motor. in the video it's usually on the far right. It starts acting erratic just randomly. I've held a hover for a number of minutes with no problems but then it just goes berserk. It did take a hard hit one time(hard enough to bend the aluminum where it was connected so I think the shaft could be bent but i've also heard the ESC can cause this type of behavior. The motor is also slow to start and doesn't come on until about 1/4 throttle but it did this before it was hit. I've already re calibrated the ESC's with no change and taped the bullet leads so they wont shake loose. Please help me.

Here's a video of it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4jq5oyv54lI

  • Taping the bullets does not guarantee good connection. Try soldering all your connections.

Check the bearings in the motor, a lot of the chinese bearing fail regularly, especially if knocked.

Check the ESC Rx connections on the PDB, you may have a loose one, try a gentle squeeze with pliers to tighten the pins and check it slides tightly onto the connectors.

You have a hardware fault in there somewhere.

private video.  Can 't see it

This kind of thing usually means a bad connection or a broken wire that's held together by glue, insulation or shrinkwrap, but sometimes looses contact.
