Hi!

I have been able to build before but for some reason I deleted the IDE so I had to download it again and now I cant build. Doesn't give any error messages so I dont even know where to start.

I downloaded the modified version of the IDE and configured it according to the instructions.I also cloned a new copy of trunk from github.

This is all that the IDE says when I press verify.

Any help wold be much appreciated.

  • Well, I have the same exact error and I've followed all the steps on the PDF. Installed AVR tools with all the defaults, installed Arduino special version on the link (and put it on my c:\ folder just as it's mentioned ), configured Arduino, choosed the sketch folder, choosed the board as well as HAL, but I still have that error... can anyone remembre anything else I might be doing wrong ?

  • Sorry for the short answer I was in the car, of course at a stop light ;).
  • Thanks. Installing the tools was the key. For any others interested, here is the link to the manual:

  • On the download site
  • Problem solved. Instructions on website isn't updated. Read the pdf
  • All I get is the first two lines of your output and the "Error compiling" message. Surely there is a log file somewhere with the actual errors?
