ESC calibration in AC2 2.0.25 Beta

I got my ready to fly from udrones.  I have flown it a bunch.  I decided to upgrade using the mission planner to AC2 2.0.25 beta.  The CLI menu has changed and I do not know how to calibrate the esc and motors.  Do you use esc or motors command.

With the prior software, I used to do it like on the video with the "motors" command.  I would unplug the battery, enter "motors" hit enter,  set throttle to max,   plug in battery,  hear the two beeps, lower throttle, hear one beep,  then the throttle would work the motors.

Not sure what to do under the new code.  Help??

  • Make sure that you are doing your radio setup. Without storing your transmitters pwm values your escs' will not arm. This can be done by selecting the "first time setup" widget emediately after upload is done in the planner.
  • I have been using the esc option in setup mode through the terminal menu on the planner.
