I have 1 motor that won't startup until well after the others have spun up. At first I thought it might be an esc calibration issue, so after many auto calibrations I did the manual calibrate.....But I still have the same problem. The same motor needs more throttle before it will spin up. Has anyone else run into this?

Problem Solved!
I'm using 3DR ESC's, which Ive heard are the same as The Mystery ESC's......Which are supposedly the same as the HK Blue Series. Well Luckily I have a Blue Series Programming card, and after plugging it into the ESC attached to the motor that wasn't starting on time, It worked perfect!
Im guessing that it must have been set on Very soft start and that was causing the Delay. Of course you can change the setting without a programming card, but it makes it much easier.
