I just bought some new ESC's, Turnigy Plush 30A.
Calibration goesfine but what about the following settings?
Cutoff threshold Low/Medium/High
Startmode Normal/Soft/Supersoft
Timing Low/Medium/High
Also I get some clicking noises from all Motors.
Using KDA 20-22L
Didn't have it before with old Esc's
Thx

DiyDrones motors ?
Still low cost to my sense and well tested.
Price is exponential if you you want better. Go to AXi if you want almost industrial quality, but you'll get only one motor instead of 4 for the same price.
If you have clicking noise, it can be synchronisation problems because of bad Back EMF voltages.
Try using better motors. I've seen great differences switching from low cost to higher end motors. This can be seen just turning the motor shaft by hand, good motors have very precise cogging detents.
Do not forget that with a quad, you have art least four time more chances to have a problem because there are four motors and four ESCs. Then motors and ESCs quality needs to be perfect to avoid crash problems.
It is not like on a plane, where a motor or ESC fail generaly do not produce a direct crash.
Also I get some clicking noises from all Motors.
the clicking noises comes because some magnets are not fully glued in.
