ESC's and propellers

Just joined....we are building a T18 with the Tarot 5008 motors. Need suggestions on good ESC options and 18" propellers. Have been thinking about foldable props. Also, suggestions on a dslr type camera and gimbal.

    The tarot motors are not that great. Why not sunnysky?

      Good to know....we were also looking at the T motor 5212/340KV. The 109.00/piece was a bit high. Not familiar withe sunnysky. Which do you recommend of the sunnysky? Any input on ESC'S? We need 40 amp.

        Thanks for the help....any recommendations on ESC'S. I'll post some pics when we get this beast built.

          I was just playing around with the numbers and with the motors I recommended you would need a 40A+ ESC.

          Its hard to say what would work best.Whats your price range? AUW?

          Im currently building the tarot 680pro and Im going with the ZTW Spiders, but Im doing it on the cheap. For a build like yours I would be looking at the $2500 at the cheap end.

        These motors will swing an 18" prop.
