Experimental Data - Watts, RPM, Lift

Hello to everyone,

This is my first post on this forum and I would like to share some data that I determined experimentally.  The test was originally set up to determine if two overlapping rotor disks performed any differently than two non-overlapping rotor disks.  I found that there was about a 10% loss in lift capacity for overlapping disks at the same wattage as the non-overlapping disks.  Other than that, there we no other remarkable observations in sound, vibration, pulsing, etc.

Here is a .bmp chart for the test with non-overlapping disks.  My apologies for the "demo"s.3690865865?profile=originalWatts is total watts input into the two ESCs.  Lift is measured at liftoff of the test fixture.
