Yes, with the APM 2.5+ Power Module, you can measure both low voltage (not so useful, due to sagging) and total battery capacity left (much more useful). Both of those are displayed in the Mission Planner if you have telemetry enabled.
If you want to write a script to sound an alarm when those levels hit a certain point, you can do it with the built-in Python scripting.

I know i can do it this way, but i would like to have an option (from the board it self) when i fly without MP. Connect a buzzer to a port some way.
