First the copter frame looks too low to support a gimbal before takeoff.
Second NAZA can't control a three axis gimbal nor point it at a subject for taking pictures.
It looks like your set on DJI products so I would buy a Mavic. It will do what the NAZA will never do.
Hard case batteries are used in racing cars. Quad Copters typically use soft lipo's. It's a weight thing.

Nice post here, Yeach, Build your own drone you need shop all the parts not only Frame, motors above you list etc. but also have to buy reciever and transmitter and Camera, Antenna, flight controller, etc.
If you have no more experiences, can bulid a quadcopter fpv250 or smaller,may be appropriate. and i suggest you buy a package which will contain all necessary parts of it.
