Flight Mode Question

Greetings:

I'am trying to set up my Arducopter to fly in the X mode, vs the + mode.

In the setup instructions, I saw the computer board facing between the motor arm.

I did not see reference to setting 4-DIP switch  for X operation does the switch 4-DIP switch near the CLI switch need to be set for X operation?

    The dip switch is deprecated and is not used in Arducopter 2.X

    Configuration->Setup->AC2 (level, frame, and orientation)

    Hi Tom, you're an early riser!

    I understand that the dip switch is disabled in the Arducopter code, so you don't need to worry about it , it only comes in to play if you are loading and using the Arduplane code.  : )
