Format of Waypoint Files From Missionplanner

Hi

I have looked at the Text Files that Missionplanner creates and there are some columns that do not make sense to me. Does anybody here know what each column of data represents and the codes that are being used?

I would like to write a program whereby I can import Waypoints from 3rd party software. As an example, say I must fly a proposed new road along the centreline, then I would use a program to calculate the coordinates at every 50m using the Horizontal Alignment and export it as a text file. If the road is very long, I can end up with hundreds of Coordinates which I must then manually enter into Missionplanner, which can lead to mistakes and it is time consuming. The program that I want to write, must take these calculated coordinates and create a Waypoint file which Missionplanner can use.

Regards

Michael
