Getting Left rudder on Stabilize and Auto modes

I am still in the pre-flight stages with my APM2.0  It's in a plane.  When I switch mode from manual to Stabilize I get a little left rudder, when I then go to Auto, I get a bit more left rudder.... 

 

What am I missing where would I fix a setting like that??

    When you turn on the APM it remembers the initial roll and pitch positions (hopefully you are in a level flight position). If the roll is different when you engage Stabilise or Auto then I would expect the rudder to try and correct the change in attitude. Does this make sense?
