Anyone have good pid settings for the new board. When i fly with the standard setting for APM1 the copter is not flyable. So anyone have good settings?

I have flown my quad ok with my APM 2.0 board, as per the settings in the attached .jpg. They have not been scientifically derived or tested. Stabilize is stable, but slightly awkward, Loiter works well enough but I am sure it can be improved. These should be good enough to get you flying on a stock 3DR frame.
