I'm trying to help my parents out. They're getting old(er) and having trouble working their gardens. If there's a topic board or group for this, please direct me to them!
They like using hand tools, so I though I'd try turning some of their things into rovers. They have 4-wheel carts and hand-pushed seeders. I can find projects for the cart but I'm having trouble with the seeder. I'm thinking of buying a bike tire motor to replace the front wheel in the image below and putting a pair of steering wheels on the back. I'm planning on using RC truck parts for that, but I'd like to put in GPS nav so I can give it directions to go up and down the beds. I'm an experienced builder, having done a few multi-rotors for surveying before but never tired ground vehicles.
