Anyone know where to purchase helium tanks in San Francisco? Preferably refillable...Also feel free to add a location to get them in any city - it'll probably help someone if not me!

Non-refillable helium tanks can be found at any Target (party balloon kit; should cost about $20). For a refillable kit, you should call a welding supply shop.

Some they can't legally sell to just anyone (like NitrousOxide -unless you're a dentist)
