Hi all,

New to this whole caper, but enjoying it!  I have a fair bit of electronics background, but none with quadcopter.

My setup is fairly routine:

Crius AIOP running Pegapirate v2.8 R3 on x525 frame.

I have the board flashed, working, communicating with missionplanner ect fine.  Have run through the setup, motor ect and went for my first test flight.  It was very unstable and flipped so I changed the config from x to + and re flashed the firmware.

Now, my problem is since this flash, my board wont arm.  The noticeable difference is the A and C LEDs are NOT flashing like they used to.

However, if I hook it upto the computer, the lights flash like they are supposed to and it will arm.  Very unusual.  It didnt do this before.  Iv'e tried reflashing ect, resetting the board and what not.

Please find two vis, one not hooked upto the computer (not arming) and one hooked up and arming.
