Help with unidentified altitude drop - possible motor issue?

Hello,

I've been having an issue where randomly i'll start to lose altitude; giving 100% throttle does not immediately help.. the copter still drops altitude a bit before regaining. Thankfully this has happened where it did not cause a crash; at most a hard landing. I had enabled motors logging, but I'm having a hard time deciphering, so i'm hoping someone can take a quick look at the attached logs and give me some insight.

Log 1 The problem occurs around line 4475.. full throttle is given but the motors don't seem to spin faster, and right before the full throttle, you can see the motors begin to spin slower for some reason, although throttle is not lowered. I do land about 1/4 of the way in so you'll see all motors go to zero at that point; this is not part of the issue and was intended.

Second log the problem occurs at the end and the copter does not fully recover, causing a hard landing (no damage, but not graceful).

This is on a Y6, 850kv 3DR blue motors.

Really appreciate any help!

Where is your throttle when you hover 50%? What flight mode are you using, stabilize or altitude hold? Your battery might be failing?
