Hi folks,
I've been doing research into learning how to access offline maps in droidplanner 2 on my new android device.
I'm completely new to this android operating system but have gotten the hang out droidplanner 2.
My current issue is offline maps. I use a mac as my everyday computer so caching maps from mission planner seems to be out of the question until they release an osx version, and apm planner files are not compatible with droidplanner what so ever.
So my question is, are there any other method of obtaining map tiles for offline map using on a galaxy tab 4 tablet.
I should state that I do not own a windows device which is why i have not used mission planner.
Thanks in advance.

Did you find a solution?
I haven't had any problem downloading maps within Mission Planner for offline use. My difficulty now is if/how I can save offline maps within my tablet and place them in the Droidplanner maps folder. Is there a recommended app to save offline maps? Are there some videos?
I'm not having much luck.
Thanks.
