Help.... new pixhawk set up, no lift

Hi there

So I have just got my pixhawk running 3.1.1.

I received it built it onto the board, connected everything loaded firmware went to check thrust and there is very little, even at full throttle.

I'm flying a dji f550 frame, with the dji 2212 motors 1038 props.

Pixhawk with lea GPS compass

5000mah 3s battery

Turnigy 9x with orange tx and orange r620 RX connects using sbus.

All calibrations are done Inc rc.

One thing I do recall is that when I installed it the first time it showed up as stable firmware and not 3.1.1 then when trying to reinstall it tells me I have the latest...

Any ideas???

    Check that the markings on your props are facing upward. Check also you installed correctly the CW and CCW props. Verify with this link :

  • I think one motor spinning wrong direction.

  • Try lowering the refresh rate of your ESC's, RC_SPEED to 50... I discovered some ESC's can't take the default rate, and do weird things
