I have a Turnigy 9xr with Frsky DR8-ii plus receiver. I have tested all flight modes and they are all workng great. When I did the final radio failsafe test. My hexa copter and crashed landed. Two arms broken. Can somebody check my logs and give me info on what could be the problem?

In the Frsky rx there are two options of failsafe mode. Option 1 set failsafe to a user-determined state on lost signal and option 2 set failsafe for no pulses on lost signal. I selected option 2. I did all the test on the ground as per wiki before I dd the field test.
I guess I just have to live without radio failsafe and fly within the safe range, It could be my tx/rx system is not fully supported because I use CPPM on D8R-IIplus.
