Yes mine overheat on the octo, had 4 flights and each time they reduced power as the ESC hit 100degrees.
I was running 4S on a heavy lift (Hovering at about 70amps) thats only about 9 amps per motor but I'm taking them off. Do you want them cheap ?

hobby king is selling a clone of the skywalker ESC 4 IN ONE Better to buy the real thing because the cost the same!
