hi, im just loading the software for a hex onto my board, is there any way of knowing what it's set up for, ie quad, hexa, octo, cant seem to find any info on it

yea im using the mission planner, i thought i was missing something, im just use to using a mission planner from another flight controller, it had a picture of the config that has been loaded on the board, in saying that it was a buggy system and it lost it settings quite often

Hi Glen,
Are you using the mission planner to load the code? The option for the Tri, Quad, Hexa, Octo is selected at that point, when the code is loaded you just are then following the steps to set the radio, hardware and frame (+ / x) .
If there is any other point i have missed here please do us know.
