How do you set it to Mode 2

I got my Taranis Plus bind to Pixhawk with no problem 

But when I did a Radio Calibration, it response if my Radio is in Mode 1 but My R/C is Mode 2 (Throttle on left side) 

How do I set it to Mode 2 ?

Also I get a message Bad Compass health as well too.

    You need to set the channel output order to be AETR. If you look through the menu you will see the mixes and the channel assignments. You can reorder them to be correct. I think the default is TAER. There is another option that sets it so new models will be AETR, but it won't change an already created model layout.
