I´m going to do some flight test with my model of plane and I would like to record/log servo position from receiver in different flight maneuvers. Is possible to log PWM values from RC receiver to internal FLASH? Or log it on PC via XBee telemetry?

If you open up the log file in the "Telemetry Logs" tab in "Flight Data" click on Tlog> Kml or Graph it will open a window where you can select parameters to graph. There's both RC channels and Servo output that you can graph. Should give you what you need.
