The PDB which is made for the quads will work with the 30 AMP ESC's the tracks are very thin and are about 5-10 mm wide in different places around the board.
You lay a small amount of solder over the tracks to thicken them (.8 - 1mm thick) to take more load, if you look at this page in the Wiki you will see a clear picture of the tracks and instructions.
A copper track laid down at the same width of around 5-10 mm with a thickness of 1mm will be more than enough to carry the power without issue and be ridged to work with :)
