What should I write in the pixhawk code (and where) and in the arduino side, in order to send data from one to another.

If you're still looking for something, I'd check out the Keplur board from NVdrones. It's basically an Arduino that interfaces with different flight controllers over PPM/PWM.
Hi, i'm trying to connect Arduino to Pixhawk too. At the moment I just found the hardware implementation (http://forum.arduino.cc/index.php?topic=188222.5;wap2), but about the software I'm still trying to understand what to write and where.
Did you do any progress?
