how to get latest code

hey guys

i want to get the latest code for my arducopter 2 so it doesnt have as may bugs how do i do this
without redownloading the code and rebooting.
can i just redo the code though the new mission planner and not have to do the whole set up
im realli new to this whole code thing so info would be great.

    Yes, the Mission Planner will have the latest tested code. However, it's a good idea to do the setup up again, since the EEPROM format may have changed.
