The firmware code "118" refers to the version of the EEPROM data table. It only changes when the order of parameters stored on the EEPROM changes (rarely). The code you have 2.6 is the "latest/greatest" release code. The only "other" code is the repository where you could theoretically download code. However, that code is untested beta code in rapid development (ie every change since the 2.6 release. Some of those code changes will be dropped or "backed out" because they contain bugs etc. So unless you want to be a test-pilot for the pre-release code (which would certainly be appreciated, but involves high risk of crash) then what you have is the correct code.
