I am using the latest beta (1.3.20.2), but have noted this issue with previous releases also. I think the issue is down to the fact that params under IMU and IMU2 have the same names. So say you have AccZ from IMU checked and displaying its trace, then click AccZ under IMU2, that brings both traces onto the graph. Then you want to turn one off (say for example the AccZ from IMU2) so you uncheck this one - it removes both traces from the graph display which match this name, but still shows AccZ under IMU as checked (even though its not displaying now). Just a minor annoyance!

Also...when adding the same name values from each of the IMUs to the graph, the labels both just display AccZ so no way of knowing which belongs to which IMU once the options are checked. Better labels would be helpful or perhaps the option to toggle between full label paths and short paths.
