The 450 X comes with a rx that has gyros integrated into the rx. Will I need to replace this with a standard 8 ch rx and set it up as aero in my transmitter.

What was the result of installing the APM on the Blade 450. I was thinking getting a Blade to install the APM on as well... a copy of the parameters would be greatly appreciated.
Yes, I think you will need to do that. I've heard of the blade 450 but never used it. i'm wondering if the standard receiver could even be connected to the APM2....I suppose it's possible as long as it's using stard pwm..but is it? I'm not sure.
